Refund policy

Online orders:

If there is a problem with your order, items may be returned or refunded within 10 calendar days from the original invoice date. 

We will refund or exchange item(s), that has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Items must be accompanied by the original tags and packaging slip/receipt. Sale items, Undergarments and custom jewelry are FINAL Sale. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

Store credit will be issued for in store purchases or even exchanges. 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, containing tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Bumptē  may cancel orders for any reason. Some situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock,pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
